Application Method

● XW-8860 Polyether Defoamer has excellent foam eliminating and suppressing properties. It can be added after foam generation or incorporated into products as a foam-suppressing component. Depending on different application systems, the dosage of the defoamer can range from 10 to 1000 ppm, and the optimal dosage shall be determined by the customer through tests based on specific conditions.

● XW-8860 Polyether Defoamer can be used directly or after dilution. If it can be fully stirred and dispersed in the foaming system, it can be added directly without dilution. If dilution is required, follow the dilution method provided by technical personnel. Our company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from improper processing or use of the product by other incorrect methods.

Packaging and Storage

● XW-8860 Polyether Defoamer is packed in plastic drums of 25 kg, 50 kg or 200 kg. Customized packaging is available upon negotiation if there are special requirements.

● XW-8860 Polyether Defoamer should be stored at a temperature of 0~30℃, and should not be placed near heat sources or exposed to direct sunlight. Do not add acids, alkalis, salts or other substances to this product. Keep the container sealed when not in use. If stratification occurs after long-term storage, stir it well; this generally will not affect the application effect.

● Store in accordance with the storage method for general chemicals. Ensure the container is sealed after use.

● Under the recommended storage temperature and unopened packaging conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
