XW-0601 reverse osmosis scale inhibitor is specially designed for reverse osmosis (RO) systems, as well as nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) systems. It can prevent scaling on membrane surfaces, improve water production volume and quality, and reduce operating costs.

1. Effectively controls inorganic scaling over a wide concentration range, with a maximum allowable LSI value of 2.8 without acid addition.
2. Does not coagulate with iron-aluminum oxides or silicon compounds to form insoluble substances.
3. Particularly effective in controlling iron, aluminum, and heavy metal pollutants; the allowable iron concentration on the feed water side can reach 8.0 mg/L.
4. Can effectively inhibit the polymerization and deposition of silicon, with the SiO₂ concentration on the concentrate side reaching up to 290 mg/L.
5. Suitable for reverse osmosis CA and TFC membranes, nanofiltration membranes, and ultrafiltration membranes.
6. Excellent solubility and stability.
7. Effective within the feed water pH range of 5-10.
The dosage of reverse osmosis scale inhibitor varies depending on different formulations and concentrations, generally ranging from 3-5 ppm.
Reverse osmosis systems are usually equipped with a dedicated automatic dosing device, consisting of a dosing tank, metering pump, etc. The dosage per unit time can be set for continuous addition.

Packaged in plastic barrels, 25kg per barrel or as per user requirements; stored in a cool and dry place with a shelf life of 12 months.
XW-0600 reverse osmosis membrane scale inhibitor and dispersant are weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
