XW-0602 Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor is a composite scale inhibitor with chelating and dispersing properties, formulated by compounding organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, metal salt alcohol ester compounds and corrosion inhibitors. It exhibits an optimal synergistic effect, capable of causing lattice distortion in scale-forming crystals, loosening the scale layer or dispersing it in water to be washed away. This maintains the normal operation of pipelines. It has excellent chelating and dispersing effects on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate and other substances in water, and also provides a good corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel.
XW-0602 Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor is mainly used for corrosion and scale inhibition in circulating cooling water systems, such as those in steel plants, power plants, chemical plants, petrochemical enterprises and other industries. It features excellent corrosion inhibition performance and strong scale inhibition capacity.

Add the daily required amount of XW-0602 Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor into the chemical dosing tank and dilute it with water. Calculate the 24-hour dosing rate based on the volume of the diluted agent, adjust the flow rate of the metering dosing pump, and add it evenly into the water system using the metering pump to ensure that the daily dosage is completely added within 24 hours. The dosage is calculated based on the make-up water, with a dosage of 50-100 ppm per ton of water.
XW-0602 Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor is packed in plastic drums, available in 25 kg/drum, 1000 kg/drum or as per customer requirements. Store in a cool and dry place with a storage period of twelve months.
XW-0602 Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation and avoid contact with skin, eyes and other parts. In case of contact, rinse the affected area with plenty of clean water immediately.
