Natural plant extract deodorant is a plant-based deodorant formed by microemulsifying oils, juices or extracts derived from trees, flowers and plants in nature and then mixing them with water. It is completely biodegradable, non-toxic and pollution-free. It can eliminate malodors, convert toxins into non-toxic substances, and act on acidic, alkaline and neutral gases. Its mechanism of action is based on chemical reactions and biophysical processes. This is an environmentally friendly and natural method for malodor elimination, which can scientifically and effectively control and treat malodors.
First, it decomposes odorous substances; second, it sterilizes, eliminates bacteria and inhibits bacterial growth at the source. Through the intermolecular force interaction, odor molecules combine with plant extracts, thereby achieving the purpose of deodorization. This applies to substances such as ammonia, organic amines, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, etc., addressing both the symptoms and the root causes of malodors.
It is applicable to areas including kitchen wastewater treatment facilities, garbage transfer stations, landfills, incineration plants, composting plants, sewage treatment plants, fecal disposal stations, animal husbandry farms, aquaculture farms, community garbage bins, public toilets and other locations.
● Deodorization for Garbage Transfer Stations
Dilute the deodorant 50-100 times and spray it on the garbage. Spraying shall be conducted each time new garbage is delivered.
● Deodorization for Landfills
Conduct a one-time enhanced deodorization treatment on the existing garbage in the landfill before routine disposal. Spray with a 10-fold diluted deodorant solution, applying 0.5 kg per square meter of the exposed garbage surface. Spraying must be done 3 times a week.
● Deodorization for Exposed Garbage
Dilute the deodorant 20 times and spray it on the exposed surfaces of the landfill and the flow surfaces of leachate. Spray 1-2 times a day in summer; spray once every 2-3 days in winter.
● Deodorization for Leachate
One-time deodorization for existing leachate tanks: Add 1 kg of deodorant per cubic meter of leachate stored in the collection tank.
Continuous deodorization: Dilute the deodorant 10-50 times and spray it according to the production volume of new garbage leachate.
● Deodorization for Animal Husbandry Farms
Dilute the deodorant 20 times. Spray 1-2 times a day in summer; spray once every 2-3 days in winter.
● Deodorization for Breeding Farms
Dilute the deodorant 10-20 times and evenly spray it on all parts of the pens with a sprayer (including the ground, corners, cages, manure and urine troughs, etc.). Spray once every 2 days in the initial stage; after 2 consecutive sprays, spray once a week when the odor is reduced.
● Deodorization for Septic Tanks
According to the volume of existing feces in the septic tank, dilute the deodorant 10 times at a ratio of one thousandth (1 kg of deodorant per cubic meter) and evenly spray (pour) it into the tank. Spray continuously 3 times a day, then once a week thereafter.
● Deodorization for Sewage
For small rivers and lakes, puddles, ditches, landscape waters, etc., evenly spray the deodorant at a certain concentration according to the water quality. The dosage of the agent is 0.1-0.5 kg per ton of water, with continuous treatment 3 times within 7 days. After three treatments, when the water quality improves significantly, treat once every 10-15 days.
● Deodorization for Organic Sewage
For deodorization of organic sewage from the slaughtering industry, food processing industry, leather processing industry, etc. Add 0.1 kg of deodorant per ton of sewage, dilute it 10 times and spray it, or add it evenly from the sewage discharge outlet. The odor is basically eliminated after 5-7 days, and the water quality improves significantly. Sludge sediment is reduced, especially the oil content is significantly decreased, which is conducive to the collection, transportation and disposal of sludge.
● Deodorization for Toilets and Sewers
Dilute the product 10-20 times and directly spray it on the ground or pits of public toilets, or pour it into flush toilets and sewers.
This product shall be stored in a cool and dark place, away from sunlight. The shelf life is two years when unopened and undiluted.
If there is sediment in the liquid, shake it well before use.
