● High cooling efficiency: The unique inclined staggered structure design increases the length and tortuosity of the water flow path, extending the residence time of cooling water in the packing. Meanwhile, it enlarges the contact area and duration between water and air, enabling more sufficient heat exchange and thus significantly enhancing the cooling effect.
● Low resistance: The rational structural layout allows smooth air flow through the packing layer with low ventilation resistance, which can reduce fan energy consumption and lower operating costs.
● Not easy to clog: The inclined staggered packing has a large sheet spacing and uniform water distribution, with few dead zones for water flow. This prevents impurities and suspended solids in water from accumulating and settling, effectively avoiding clogging and ensuring long-term stable operation of the packing.
● Good chemical stability: Usually made of materials such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polypropylene (PP), it has excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvent corrosion. It can adapt to different water qualities and working environments, with a long service life.
